SOC 2
SOC 2, which stands for Service Organization Control Type 2, is a cybersecurity compliance framework developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. The main purpose of SOC 2 is to make sure third-party service providers store and process client data in a secure manner.
DPIA
DPIA, which means data protection impact assessment, is a risk assessment audit designed to help organizations identify, analyze, and minimize the privacy risks that come with collecting, processing, using, storing, and sharing user data.

GPS Insight
GPS Insight received our 2024 SOC 2 Type 2 certification and DPIA for the second time in 2024, and the reports total 335 pages with no exceptions noted – meaning the auditors didn’t find anything. This covers these platforms: GPS Insight, Titan, FieldAware, and ServiceBridge.
Titan
GPS Insight acquired Titan GPS in 2022. Titan GPS offers a state-of-the-art fleet management system that monitors and catalogueues fleet data. It allows users to equip powered and non-powered assets with intelligent tracking devices that can pull diagnostics to simplify manual processes and increase day-to-day efficiency.
One of the reasons Titan stands out from the competition is its top of the line hardware. FieldAware became part of GPS Insight in 2021, and has received SOC 2 Type 2 certification and DPIA in 2023 and 2024. ServiceBridge
