Can I drive a truck without an ELD? 

Since most commercial drivers are federally regulated, RODS requirements must be met by using an electronic logging device that complies with the Commercial Vehicle Drivers Hours of Service Regulations as well as the Commercial Motor Vehicle Safety Standards.
