What’s New?
The SMS Alerts you rely on are still here—delivering critical information when and where you need it. The only change is how the information is presented. Instead of long, cluttered texts, you’ll now receive concise alerts that cut straight to the details that matter most.
Each alert will highlight:
- Who triggered the alert (employee, driver, or asset)
- What event occurred
- Where it happened
And a few details specific to that type of alert. Nothing extra – just the right information to help you act quickly.
Why the Change?
Our previous SMS Alerts could stretch up to 500 characters, often including unnecessary details that made it harder to find the actionable insight. We listened to feedback and recognized that less really is more.
By streamlining alerts, you’ll benefit from:
- Clarity – Messages are cleaner, easier to read, and more actionable.
- Efficiency – Get the information you need at a glance, no scrolling required.
- Consistency – A modern, simplified format across all alerts.
What This Means for You
If you’re an existing Titan GPS customer, you don’t need to do anything—your alerts will automatically switch to the new, simplified format. You’ll still receive every alert you’re used to, just in a more efficient format.
