The overlays feature, within our mobile and desktop app, even allows users to add their own overlays to the dashboard to display additional information such as current road surface data, municipality data, spray zone exclusions, ground elevation and more. They can be added from personal shapefiles or from a variety of web map services, some of which are publicly available from the provincial and federal governments.
The GIS Overlay Manager allows users to style and customize an overlay’s display, as well as options for adding a custom name, overlay icon, line styles, polygon styles, colours, and more.
