To assure our customers that their services, features, billing, and account management will remain the same, we’ve put together a list of FAQs surrounding our partnership.
Who is GPS Insight?
GPS Insight is a leading provider of SaaS-based fleet and field service management solutions, including GPS tracking, smart cameras, field service optimization software, and ELD compliance. GPS Insight has more than 21,000 customers and over 250,000 active subscriptions in the U.S. and Canada. Based in Scottsdale, Arizona, GPS Insight is majority owned by the private equity firm, Accel-KKR.
How does this change impact my service?
There will be no immediate changes to products, solutions, or the way you access, manage and conduct business with us today.
- You’ll continue to receive the same level of exceptional service from the same customer success manager and support teams.
- The contact information (phone number and email address) will not change for your customer service representatives.
- You’ll continue to use the same login credentials you use today to access your account.
- There will be no disruption to service due to the new ownership.
Will my billing change?
Over time, you will see nominal cosmetic changes to your invoices to reflect combining our organizations (i.e. address, entity name, etc.) Aside from these minor changes, it’s business as usual. As we continue to integrate our combined organizations, we will keep you informed over the coming weeks/months as we determine our new billing processes.
How will there be changes to my contract?
You won’t see any changes to your current contract, but when it is time to renew (or if you want to expand your account services) you’ll sign a new contract with our combined business entity as GPS Insight.
What does this mean for the product platform I use today?
In the short term, you can expect things to be business as usual. However, we believe that bringing CTS and GPS Insight together provides a greater opportunity in the long-term to enhance our technology platform and expand into deeper and broader services that bring greater value to you as a customer.
How will I stay updated about the integration with GPS Insight?
You will receive regular email updates from GPS Insight about the integration. Please be sure that your email address is up-to-date. We are also building an online resource centre, which will be available soon. Stay tuned for the latest news and updates!
